This Shallot is commonly known as the French Shallot. It produces large shallots with reddish-copper skin and white flesh which is pleasant to the taste. It is used for salads and other dishes.
The French Shallot bulb is very firm and suitable for long term storage. Plant September to November for bulb production.
Offered is a packet of 20 seeds complete with Grownotes to assist you in their propagation.
All my seed is posted in bubble wrap protection.
