Creeping Saltbush

Atriplex semibaccata

A native of Australia, it prefers coastal, light, well-drained soils in an open, sunny position. It is drought and frost resistant.

 A perennial shrub that grows to a height of 0.5 metres with a spread of 1 metre. The stem is prostrate with low spreading branches; the leaves are silvery green and 2cm long with serrate margins. The flowers are insignificant while the fruits are flattened reddish berries which are edible.

Offered is a packet of 1000 seeds and Grownotes to assist you to cultivate this unusual plant.
