A dual purpose, Heirloom variety that can be grown to produce a baby leaf for salads or baby beet, it is the best variety for both purposes. Baby leaf harvest is in 35 days while Baby Beet production is in 55 days.

Sowing after frosts have gone can be indoors or planted directly to the growing bed. Soaking seed for 0.5 – 1 hour in warm water will hasten germination.

Offered is a packet of 100 seeds complete with Grownotes to assist you in their propagation.
