Plakkiebos
Crassula cultrata
(This plant is not on the Australian Noxious Weed List)
A succulent plant from coastal Southern Cape, South Africa where it lives on flat, stony semi-arid areas in loamy soil. Over time, it forms a compact, spreading clump-like sub-shrub with growth bursts spring and autumn. The leaves are up to 3 cm (1.32 in) long often with red leaf margins.
Unlike most succulent species, this plant should be given partial shade particularly from the afternoon sun and it requires year round watering. Being a coastal plant it is not frost tolerant.
