Scarlet Hedgehog Cactus
Echinocereus coccinea
This plant is not on the Australian Noxious Weed List.
A native of the southwestern USA where it grows in spreading clumps with up to 100 stems and scarlet flowers. It is a variable but small plant usually found in grasslands where it is partially shaded. Drought and light frost tolerant, the scarlet flowers appear in Spring.
Offered is a packet of approximately 20 seeds with propagation instructions.
All my seed is posted in bubble wrap protection.
