A native of the Kimberley region of Western Australia and the northern district of the Northern Territory. This is an evergreen tree which grows on slopes and rocky hill tops with shallow skeletal soils.
A small to medium tree reaching 10 metres (33 ft), the truck is characterized by a smooth powdery white bark . The leaves are dull and the flower buds appear from March to August, the flowers are white or creamy yellow.
Offered is a packet of approximately 200 seeds (includes chaff) with Grownotes. Buyers should read the disclaimer below.
DISCLAIMER.
All Eucalyptus/Corymbia seed is harvested from the wild under licence and is sold as a combination of fertilised/unfertilised (chaff) seed. In many cases, it is not possible to tell the difference. The ratio of fertilised seed varies greatly and depends wholly on weather conditions prior to seed set. Standard industry practice is to offer 200 seeds per packet which translate to something like 10 to 30 viable seeds (which have not been counted). If the above is not acceptable to you, please do not purchase any of the above seeds.
