 Eucalyptus microcorys

(This plant is not on the Australian Noxious Weed List.)

A native of the coastal plains of New South Wales and Queensland where it grows to 40 metres. Besides being a tall tree, it is frost and drought tender.

It has a straight trunk, soft, fibrous bark and a dense crown. The leaves are light green and the flowers, which appear winter to early summer, are  white.

Offered is a packet of 200 seeds (includes chaff) with propagation notes. Buyers should read the disclaimer below.

DISCLAIMER.

All Eucalyptus/Corymbia seed is harvested from the wild under licence and is sold as a combination of fertilised/unfertilised (chaff) seed. In many cases, it is not possible to tell the difference. The ratio of fertilised seed varies greatly and depends wholly on weather conditions prior to seed set. Standard industry practice is to offer 200 seeds per packet which translate to something like 10 to 30 viable seeds (which have not been counted). If the above is not acceptable to you, please do not purchase any of the above seeds.

All my seed is posted in bubble wrap protection.
