Globe Amaranth Strawberry Fields

Gomphrena haageana cv
This plant is not on the Australian Noxious Weed List.

Strawberry Fields is a cultivar of Gomphrena haageana which is a native of Texas and Mexico where it grows to 60cm and copes with hot, humid summers.

An annual plant similar to clover, it has everlasting, extraordinary strawberry red blooms continuously through midsummer until the first frost. The flowers make an excellent dried flower and add colour to any cut flower arrangement.

This plant is taller with long stems unlike most Gomphrenas and has been bred as a cut flower.

Considered easy to grow from seed.

Offered is a packet containing in excess of 100 seeds and Grownotes.

All my seed is posted in bubble wrap protection.
