A smallish, rather rigid shrub, seldom exceeding 1 metre high by 1 metre wide.  The flowers are deep pink to purplish-red and appear over a long period from early spring to mid-summer.

Drought and frost hardy, it prefers gravelly soils in an open, sunny position.

An attractive plant with heart-shaped leaves gripping the stem and unusual globular flowers.

Offered is a packet of 200 seeds (including chaff) with propagation notes.

All my seed is posted in bubble wrap protection.
