Grey Honey-Myrtle

Melaleuca incana

(This plant is not on the Australian Noxious Weed List.)

The Grey Honey-Myrtle (Melaleuca incana) is a medium shrub growing to 2 – 3 metres high with soft, grey, weeping foliage and rough dark grey bark. It is a commonly cultivated garden plant because of its showy yellow flower heads.

Its natural habitat is the South West corner of W.A. where it grows in damp medium-heavy soils. This plant tolerates frost but dislikes long periods of dryness. However, it performs well in a garden situation.

Offered is a packet of 200 seeds (including chaff) with propagation notes.

All my seed is posted in bubble wrap protection.
