This cultivar of Salvia splendens is an annual in cold regions. Fast growing to 25cm (10in) tall, it has fragrant, lance shaped leaves of whitish grey to medium green, 75mm long and dense, long lasting, flower spikes in four colours red, lilac, violet and white. It is an outstanding plant for mass plantings, borders or containers.
This Salvia is tolerant of heat, drought, humidity, salt spray, sandy loam to clay loam and full sun but does not like frost.
