DILL

Anethum graveolens

This plant is not on the Australian Weed List.

Dill has been used for thousands of year, the oldest known usage is from the tomb of a Pharaoh (1400 BC) and is known to have been used in Ancient Greece in the 6th Century AD.

Dill is an annual plant used as a culinary herb or pickling ingredient to add flavour to the recipe being used. It is best used fresh because once dried it loses flavour rather rapidly. Snap freezing, however, does help retain some of the original flavour.

Offered is a packet of 100 seeds and Grownotes to assist you to cultivate this herb.

All my seed is posted in bubble wrap protection.
