The English Daisy is a cool season perennial that is native to much of Europe where it prefers full sun to part shade in clay loam, loam or sandy soils. Its drainage requirements are average.
Growing to a height of 15 – 20cm (6-8in) with an equal spread, the plant forms a rosette of glossy, medium green leaves that give rise to flowers from early spring to late autumn.
The flowers of this hybrid are very showy, double, in solid colours and combinations of white, red, pink, magenta and rose. The are also fragrant and attractive to butterflies.
Preferring a cool summer climate, the English Daisy can be used in alpine gardens, as a bedding plant, in containers, edging and mixed borders. It is self seeding but not invasive.
Offered is a packet containing approximately 100 seeds and Grownotes.
All my seed is posted in bubble wrap protection.
