This plant is not on the Australian Noxious Weed List.
The Globe Amaranth is a native of South America but has been hybridised to such an extent that many colours are now available. As a cut flower, the Audray’s can be sold in both wholesale and retail markets, and can be used both fresh or dried.
Growing to just 20 cm (10 in) high, it a good bedding plant for hot, dry areas in average soils. Its everlasting qualities are good for both cut and dried flowers.
Offered is a packet of 30 seeds with propagation notes.
All my seed is posted in bubble wrap protection.
