This plant is not on the Australian Noxious Weed List

This plant is a Chinese Cabbage that does not form ‘heads’ but has green leaf blades with bulbous ends. Pak Choi (American spelling Bok Choy) comes in two forms. The form with 30 cm leaves and white leaf stems is known as Pak Choi and the smaller plant with green leaf stems is known as Shanghai Pak Choi.

Shanghai Pak Choi has a milder flavour and juicier leaves than Pak Choi.

Offered is a packet of  100 seeds complete with Grownotes to assist you in their propagation.
