A semi-deciduous shrub or small tree to 5 metres (15ft), native to Southern Asia. It has compound (pinnate) leaves with obovate leaflets which thin a bit in winter. Flowering is profuse and occurs in spring and autumn.

This Cassia makes a beautiful shade tree for warm temperate, subtropical and tropical climates.

Offered is a packet of 20 seeds and Grownotes to assist you to cultivate this very showy tree.
