This small tree is one of the most spectacular flowerers that the small plot gardener can grow. It is frost and drought tolerant (once established), grows to 8 metres as a tree or smaller if encouraged to grow as a multi-stemmed shrub. It has attractive leaves and trunk which add to its beauty.
A deciduous tree native to Taiwan, propagation is by seed which is slow to germinate but not beyond the ability of the keen gardener.
Offered is a packet of 5 seeds and Grownotes to assist you to cultivate this lovely tree.
