The Southern Magnolia or Bull Bay is a large tree native to the south-eastern USA where it prefers subtropical to warm temperate climate. Reaching a height of 27 metres (90ft) in its natural habitat, it is a large striking, evergreen tree with large, dark green leaves and large, white fragrant flowers.
This tree has given over a hundred cultivars, some only a few metres high, and is cultivated widely throughout the world.
Offered is a packet of 5 seeds with propagation notes.
