This plant is not on the Australian Noxious Weed List.
A native of the warmer areas of Queensland, this plant prefers the climate experienced by heath areas from northern NSW to Rockhampton. It prefers areas of high altitude, sandy to gravelly soil, in a sunny position.
This grass tree develops a large multi-stemmed trunk in time and grows to 4 metres high in about 500 years.
Offered is a packet of 15 seeds and Grownotes to assist you to cultivate this elegant warm area grass tree.
