Dianthus Super Parfait Strawberry is an attractive, compact, free flowering, bedding or potted plant. It won the 1991 Fleuroselect Gold Medal.
A short-lived perennial plant most often grown as an annual, it grows to a compact height of 15cm with a spread of 20cm. Flowers are single, profuse, and blush crimson/deep crimson with a diameter of 4.5 cm. Flowering is early and continues throughout summer with maturity just 9 weeks from sowing. The plants are very uniform in growth and habit and perform well in pots, balcony boxes, tubs, flower beds and flower arrangements.
