This plant is not on the Australian Noxious Weed List.
Foxglove plants are perennials. That is, they grow for the first year and flower the next, set seed and die.
Often described as being stately when in bloom, this Foxglove produces enormous spikes of large, dangling bells in a very showy display of pure white.
This plant does best in full sun to part shade in moist, well-drained soils (of which it is not fussy) or pots. An easy care plant requiring moderate water, producing blooms in white. The plant grows 120-150cm (47-59in) with a spread of 30-45cm (12-18in) and has a medium growth rate. It is bird-attracting and unattractive to deer and rabbits. Snail bait is recommended.
