Gazanias are a dwarf perennial plant with a large daisy-like flower in a broad range of colours and are suitable for rockeries and borders. They are a very tough little plant able to withstand drought conditions. (My local council plants out roundabouts with them.) They grow in a mounded shape up to 30 cm (12 in) high and hold their blooms upright above the foliage.
Long blooming -early Spring to late Summer- the colours include cream, yellow, orange, pink, red shades with some flowers striped, dotted, ringed or two tone, the variation is endless.
Plant them in beds, massed or as borders and you will always have delightful colour in the garden. Gazanias can be lifted and divided after they cease flowering. A lovely little full sun plant.
Offered is a packet of 15 seeds with propagation instructions.
