Native to the American prairie, this native wildflower has been bred for the cut flower industry. These plants form a low clump of grassy looking leaves and bear tall spikes of bright rosy-purple flowers mid-summer to autumn. 

Easy care, drought-tolerant plants that are attractive to butterflies and birds. Plants are easily divided every 3 or 4 years in spring.
