Cape Virgilia or Tree in a Hurry

Virgilia capensis syn. oroboides

This plant is not on the Australian Noxious Weed List.

A native of the South African Cape, this lovely evergreen tree grows to 10 metres and does not like frost or drought. It is a very easy plant to grow and a very rapid grower.

Adaptable to most soils, it prefers an open sunny position. This tree has light green leaves divided into leaflets and profuse mauve-pink pea flowers appearing in early summer and autumn.

Offered is a packet of 5 seeds and Grownotes to assist you to cultivate seeds.
