This mix is a prolific bloomer producing large pompon flowers on sturdy stems. It is disease resistant and high yielding as a cut flower.

The Zinnia is a native of Mexico but has come a long way from the original plant. Hybrids and cultivars abound and more are added each year as the cut flower industry looks for bigger and better blooms.

An annual plant that likes full sun and grows to 90cm on sturdy stems, this cultivar comes in eight colours – carmine, yellow, ivory, pink, salmon, scarlet, white and gold. It does not tolerate frosts or overwatering and temperatures below 10 deg C promote yellow leaves.
