The Aberdeen Dew Plant is a perennial mat-forming succulent that dislikes frost though is accepting of drought.
A low-growing plant with prostrate stems and round to 3 sided leaves with a pointed tip growing to a height of 100 cm (4 in) with a spread of 60 cm (24 in). Leaf colour ranges from light green when juvenile, mid-green at maturity and to coppery-bronze in Autumn.
Flowering is from mid-Spring to Autumn when flower colour is replaced by the leaves turning coppery-bronze and the plant enters a quiescent period.
Like most succulents, excellent drainage and good light are essential for success.
Suitable for rockeries, pots or general garden site.
