Spanish Iris (Dietes bicolor) is a clump forming plant that grows 1 metre high by about 1 metre wide. It prefers full sun, is drought and frost tolerant and will accept most soils. If planted in semi-shade it will perform well but the flower spikes will reach out for a sunny spot.

This plant is very easy to grow and will thrive on neglect.
