A shrub to 4 metres native to the sandplains north of Gin Gin W.A. where it likes deep sandy soil in full sun. It does adapt to any soil provided it is well-drained and performs well in pot culture. Flowering is from summer through autumn.

The flowers are orange & cream cone-shaped spikes 120 mm in length and 100 mm in diameter and are considered a good cut flower with a long vase life.

Offered is a packet of 5 seeds with propagation notes to assist you to grow this unusual shrub.
