A small, bushy shrub, native to a small area of the south coast of Western Australia between Albany and Esperance but is not considered endangered. It prefers shrubland and woodland on well-drained sand or gravel.

An unusual banksia with hanging (nodding) flower cones compared to most Banksias that have erect cones. The pendant cones are held on the ends of the branchlets, another unusual feature.

This shrub lends itself to pot culture.

Offered is a packet of 5 seeds with propagation notes to assist you to grow this unusual shrub.
